3) Roy Castle Lung Cancer Support Nurse

There is a Roy Castle Lung Cancer Support Nurse in your area, helping patients and their families to cope with the difficulties and anxieties which lung cancer can cause.

All Roy Castle Lung Cancer Support Nurses are registered nurses with a high level of experience in lung cancer. This enables them to provide specialist care and support for people with lung cancer and their families.

A UK wide Lung Cancer Patient Support and Information Network is currently being established by the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation.

5) North Wales Prostate Cancer Support Group

6) The International Myeloma Foundation (UK)

The International Myeloma Foundation (UK) informs and supports people affected by myeloma, and helps improve treatment and standards of care through research and education.

Registered as a charity in 1997, IMF (UK) is the only Organisation in the UK dealing specifically with myeloma and its related disorders.

IMF (UK) works in partnership with:

• patients and carers, to help them cope with everything a diagnosis of myeloma brings;
• doctors, to find better ways of treating myeloma;
• nurses, to improve the care for patients;
• scientists, to better understand the biology and natural history of myeloma.
